Service Description
Through the Worthy to Be Course, you will explore, acknowledge, and embrace your beautiful, flawless, empowering body, mind, and soul that were created just for you. We will uncover our Emotional Hunger triggers and explore how we use food to cover, hide and even enhance the discomfort we are feeling emotionally. You will receive the personal tools to embrace who you are and acknowledge your confidence to be happy, healthy, and honest with your true self. What you will receive: - A personalized roadmap with YOUR destinations, roadblocks, and rest stops - Emotional guidance and Emotional Eating Trackers - 4 weekly group sessions (1 hour) - 2 private 1:1 Sessions (1 hour) - The Be Now Programâ„¢ Workbook - The freedom to use food as fuel, not as an emotional blocker - The tools needed to reach YOUR destination - A life that you are joyful and passionate to live This is not a diet or weight loss program. This is an exploration of understanding the triggers that are blocking you from embracing food, emotions, and yourself with love and compassion.
